About Us
Our Mission Statement
To benefit and empower Lucas County with our time talent and treasure.
Organization History
Splash receives its funding from the DEKKO Foundation. DEKKO was founded by Chester E. Dekko, and his goal was to help organizations like ours. Other non-profit organizations throughout our community apply for grants and are able to receive the funding from Splash. We have a group of 20 students that range from 7th - 12th grade, who dedicate their time, talent, and treasure to help better our community.

Service Projects
We support projects that involve the youth in Lucas County. We have funded parts of many community improvements such as:
- Splash Pad- A fun aquatic experience for children during the summer!
- Many Improvements at Chariton High School- Weight room, Charger Manufacturing
- Curb Appeal Competition- Encouraged the community to better the appearance of the homes.
We also host activities to get the community involved:
- Movie night on the square!
- Movie night at the Vredenburg Chariton Family Aquatic Center!
- Reintroduced Splash to the community at the farmers market!
